i remember my sister telling me a few weeks ago..." ailing, stop trying to build something that God is not building with you... cos you're building in vain..." i remember it quite clearly cos ive thought about that a lot but i just refused to believe that i was building in vain..and now i see that i have been building in vain..so i'll stop...
i was doing my quiet time last night...and i read something in my bible that really spoke to me...
"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland."
Isaiah 43:18-19
