ok so we're not into our 21 hours of fasting.. for the 40 hours of famine... so donate people and help the little children in east timor to have a more normal life!!
well... the past 2 days have been pretty tiring actually... so remember i said that we were going to les murdi? well, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we couldnt make it there...so we had to make a quick decision and in the end, we decided on...laser quest in southlands... so when we got there.. the lady said that they normally only open at 2pm... but since we were already day, at 12pm, she decided to open it just for us..awwwww... how sweeeet...so yes, the 8 of us broke up into groups of 3 each.. so amos, peter, mei ching and i were in the red group... and amanda, gabriel, valerie and shirlene were in the blue group... we played 2 games, each lasted for 30 minutes..and that 1 hour of running, hiding and shooting, is really our exercise for the week..hehe... and guess what.. i emerged number one out of the other eight people..woohoo!! i reign supreme in the laser game!! ok well maybe it's cos not many people were playing..cos i am seriously really bad at it... so anyways...after our exercise, we decided to guess what? feast!! hahaha..well, some of us did, some of us didnt.... i was actualyl still feeling pretty full from my breakfast, so yes... feast did i not....
after that.....me, amos, gabriel, amanda and valerie went down to the river and took some random photos... but enough of that, i'll let the pictures later do more of the talking...
anyways...later that night there was dance practice at riverton.. it actually kinda flew by.. hehe..after that...yivonne, frances, joey and i went down to oriels to meet boon wai, karen, jesse, wei yue, fenny, lynn and this other girl whose name i cant remember.... and we played IQ games..after which i didnt feel very bright...
hmmm..and yesterday, we went ice skating.... it was quite alright but the skates were really... not very friendly on our feet.... and it was quite crowded, cos i guess it was a friday night....there was soo many people and some of them were pretty rough.... like they would skate really fast and skid ice at people.. at least that didnt happen to me..but this guy was skating so fast, and you know i am not a very good skater so i was going at an average speeed... this guy just skated past me and bumped really hard into my side...oh gosh..and he didnt even say sorry.. you know even just a nod of acknowledgement would have been fine..but no...he just went leisurely skating on by....tsk tsk...
so anyways.... there's dance practice later..so that's gonna be good..considering some of us are fasting.... so yes, we're gonna be having some lethargic people there today..including frances and me... hehe...
