i never thought i'd stay in a five star hotel. but then along came my daddy and his idea to binge on a holiday. so five star hotel it was. my god, it was awesome. granted it was only K.L. but i felt like a bloody queen.
my parents, audrey, jonathan, my uncle and bear bear made the 4 hour drive down to K.L. that was pretty much the only time ive ever felt excited bout going to malaysia. so the oldies were in one car, and the newbies were in the other. :) the drive was fun. but then again, i wasn't driving. HAHA! so anyways, we left singapore at about 7am. and then it was on to the historic state of malacca.

omg we had the coolest lunch there. we had chicken rice ball. how freaking cool is that. as in seriously. when it came i was like..."oooh. yay fish ball!" but when i stuck my fork in it, i was astounded. it's a ball of rice!!

and then after some typical tourist adventures, we left malacca and made our way to the busy city of K.L. my god, i tell you, that place is jam packed. pun intended. i reckon we all had a blast. the shopping was good, the food was good and the company was good. couldnt have asked for a better combination. :) btw, anyone planning on staying at a nice hotel in K.L. try out the gardens hotel. pretty damn awesome. two thumbs up.
