it's my daddy's birthday!! well, yesterday.. the fourth of june!! called him to wish him a happy birthday..and i actually sent him his birthday present in may... = ) aiyoh.. i love him so much lahh...seriously..so muchh...

today hasnt been the easiest days.. in fact, it's been one of the most tiring, most exhausting, most adrenaline requiring, most sugar consuming, more eye watering and most unhealthy food day...haiyoh.. let me attempt to explain....

hmmm... church today was really good..felt a bit weird without amost there though..hehe..but yes, frances and i saved a seat for him nonetheless...HAHAHA....and sent him a video of service.. hehe...yes i know... we have no life... so anyways!! went for lunch at hans cafe in vic park...hmm..food was alright i guesss... not very authentic.. but it's alright... then we all squeezed into the tiny tiny baskin robbins shop where we bombared the ice creamers with our never ending orders..haha.... and yes, as usual, ice cream is ....YUMMY! i am ice cream's biggest fan lah seriously... ask amos... he can vouch for that..eheh..

so after that... rushed off back to uni..cos my rehearsals start at 3pm... reached there on the dot
it was full dress rehearsal today..so yes.. full makeup full costume...and i look...really... bad.... in the words of andrew, my cast member..." ailing.. you look permenantly shocked..... quick! someone tell her something surprising.. let's see how she reacts....." hahaahhaha.....yes very funny andrew.... but really.. i do look permenantly shocked...i'll upload some pictures just for the benefit of those who wont be coming to see my play...*whyiaughta!*

so we started at 3pm....... and we ended at 1130pm....... 8 and a half hours with makeup on my face....... wax, gel, hairspray and glitter in my hair.... with no proper dinner....well, i wouldnt exactly call that the best day of the year.... we had jesters pie catered for us... but im a rice barrel.... i live on rice.... so yes, i didnt have my rice...actually..come to think of it... ive not had my rice since intense rehearsals started.... ive been having tomato soup and break for dinner... which tastes great cos well, it's cold outside so the soup warms me up..... but yes i still love my rice....and then during rehearsals.. there i am..... munching on potato chips and kinder bueno... and someone will graciously bring in dvds for us to kill our time while we are backstage waiting for our que to go on..... yup.... that's the way it goes..... sounds pretty easy... but hey.... you gotta experience it.. it's really draining.....hai... we're all so tired..we've been running on adreneline for the past week... plus, we've been eating a lot of sugary stuff because we need that boost of enegery..yups.... hai...

but it's ok!! the play opens tomorrow..and im REALLY excited!!!!!! lip eng, boon wai and frances are coming to see it tomorrow...so yes.... i think im gonna faint from excitement....
